Nokia LUMIA SERIES Unlock Instruction
Option 1
Unlocking when using a SIM Card not valid for the SIM Lock:
1. Switch the phone off.
2. Insert not valid SIM Card into the phone.
3. Switch the phone on and enter SIM card PIN code if requested.
4. Wait for the SIM unlock UI to open.
5. Type in the SIM unlock code (20 digits) and press “enterâ€.
Note: This functionality is included in new software versions.
Option 2
Unlocking when using a SIM Card valid or invalid for the SIM Lock:
1. Switch the phone off.
2. Insert a SIM card.
3. Switch the phone on and enter SIM card PIN code if requested.
4. Start the Phone application.
5. Enter: ##7820# and press Call -> Unlock query starts.
6. Enter the Unlock code.
7. When unlock code is inserted correctly, the device shows a picture of opened lock.
Note: You are allowed ten attempts to unlock before your device permanently locks to the AT&T network.
